Why is there an ordering deadline?
Ordering Deadlines are implemented to inform families when uniform order need to be placed. By placing your order by the ordering deadline date you will ensure you receive your child's uniforms before school starts.
When will I receive my uniform order?
Please check your order confirmation for estimated shipping dates.
May - September 5-7 Business Days
October - April 2-3 Business Days
*NOTE: Processing times are in addition to shipping transit times. Expedited shipping will not expedite processing times. We do NOT offer expedited processing.
What if I do not place my order by the ordering deadline?
If you do not order by the deadline your child will not have uniforms prior to the start of school.
Can I order after the ordering deadline?
Yes! You can order all year long. Inventory will be limited so it is highly recommended to place your order by the ordering deadline.
What if I need to order more uniforms?
Inventory will be available for purchase during the school year. Inventory will be limited.
How can I check on my order status?

What if I need to exchange an item for a different size?
All exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery of your order. You may request an exchange by logging into your account online.
How to request an Exchange
1. Login to you account
2. Click on the (Account icon) in the upper right hand corner
3. Click on the (Orders) sub-category
4. Click on (Return items) located on the right hand side of your order
5. Select the item(s) that you would like to exchange
6. In the comments section give a detailed description of the item(s) you would like to exchange your item(s) for.
Please allow 24-48 hours for your submission to be processed. Once your exchange request has been approved you will receive an email with your pre-paid return label and further details on how to process your exchange.
My package shows it was delivered but I can't find it?
In the case that your order may be lost in transit please contact USPS or UPS to submit a Lost Package Claim. In the case that your tracking shows as delivered but is no-where in sight, ask around! Your courier, family members or office personnel may be able to point you in the right direction!
