Refunds & Exchanges


We do not offer refunds at this time. Please reference our Exchange Policy Below.


We will not be accepting any returns or refunds due to Covid closures or other cirumstances relating to Covid.




At this time we only accept even exchanges.  Items must be exchanged for the same item in a different size. All exchanges must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers must be obtained within 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery in order to qualify for the exchange.  If the 14 days has passed you will no longer be able to exchange your merchandise.  

Please Note: Special Order Items and/or Personalized items cannot be exchanged and are FINAL SALE.


How to Request an Exchange

1. Login to your account online

2. Click on RETURN ITEMS? This is located in your order history to the right of the corresponding order.

3. Select the items you are wanting to return.

4. Enter in detail the sizes of the items you are in need of.

5. Once your request has been processed you will receive an email with a prepaid return label to ship back the unwanted items.

6. Upon receipt of your return, your new items will be released for shipping.

7. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.


Defective Merchandise

- May be returned within 14 days of the invoice date for exchange after obtaining a RMA number.

- If you received incorrect or damaged merchandise, we will provide you with a label for return shipping at no charge.


Non Defective Merchandise 

- May be exchanged within 14 days of the invoice date after obtaining an RMA number.

- We only accept even exchanges at this time.  Items can be exchanged for the same item in a different size/color.

- May be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

- Must be returned in new condition, unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached. Items damaged or showing signs of use are not returnable and you will be responsible for shipping charges to have those items shipped back. Items missing will be subject to additional charges.  If merchandise is received in any other condition than listed above your exchange will not be processed.

- We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once it leaves our warehouse, all claims will have to be filled with the appropriate carrier. If the merchandise has not been received within 7 days of the days of your request your exchange RMA will be cancelled and your request will be closed.

- If exchanged merchandise is not received new condition, unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached your request will not be processed.

Exchange Procedure 

Please login to your account. Click on the (Account icon) in the upper right-hand corner, click on the (Orders) sub-category, on the right-hand side of your order click on (Return items), select the item(s) that you would like to exchange and in the comment section give a detailed description of the item(s) you would like to exchange your item(s) for.

- Your RMA confirmation will be emailed to you.

- Unwanted merchandise must be shipped back using the address and details in your RMA confirmation email within 7 Days of the date of your request.  Please write your RMA number on the outside of your package for timely processing
